This one day course will teach you to understand the basics of market structure and price discovery for Prairie grains, oilseeds, pulses and special crops. It is the foundation every producer needs in order to approach the marketplace with confidence. A rudimentary discussion of chart patterns, combined with guidance on how supply and demand interact and send market signals, will leave you well-equipped to formulate realistic opinions about crop price direction, and to develop a plan for selling crops wisely.

The Course Format: 4-5 hours of course material, lunch and a handout or manual is included. The cost is $500 per farm, maximum 2 attendees per farm.
