As the COVID–19 pandemic continues to evolve, I would like to update you on the steps we have taken at FarmLink to protect everyone’s health and safety while maintaining our standard of service to you.
We have implemented specific steps, as outlined below, to ensure that you have access to your grain marketing advisor continuously during this period. You can be assured that our market analysis, research updates, and sales recommendations you get today will not be interrupted.
The immediate health and safety of our employees and our clients is of utmost importance during this time. We have updated our office protocol to reflect this and have therefore suspended all non-essential employee travel. Employees returning from vulnerable countries must be self-quarantined for 14 days and monitor their health before entering any office or interacting with clients.
Furthermore, our staff will discuss with you the best ways to meet to continue scheduled appointments and consultations. We have instructed FarmLink employees to limit client face-to-face visits, and to use secure collaboration tools to conduct meetings virtually whenever possible. Our grain marketing advisors are equipped to assist you via phone, email, text, Zoom, FaceTime, video calls, etcetera.
FarmLink is also postponing hosting and participating at any large gatherings, meetings, or conferences until further assessment.
This is a difficult time for everyone, especially given the dynamic nature of the pandemic. I want to assure you that we are committed to keeping you informed on the markets and to work by your side as we navigate through this.
